(Jalvayu Vihar, Greater Noida has been established by Air Force Naval Housing Board (AFNHB) and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) as welfare measure for the benefit of serving and retired personnel of the Indian Air Force (IAF) and the Indian Navy (IN), who have given their best part of life for the nation's service, so as to allow them dignified living space post retirement in their twilight years.

Jalvayu Vihar Flat Owners Welfare Association (JVVFOWA) is one of the best society among all societies in Greater Noida. Housing society depends upon its members/ residents and their active cooperation and support for its smooth functioning.
